When I contacted the company showing the liquid soap in the glass bottle broken and a mess everywhere, they made it right right away. I do really like the products and I appreciate the good service so I will be sure to be back for more products.

This was the second time I ordered this bottle of soap because the scent is so beautiful and it is gentle on the hands. However, this one was not packed well enough, and when I got it, it was smashed to bits. The soap was everywhere all over all my other products and it was an awful mess to clean up. I took pictures which I can send to you and I’m hoping you will make it right as I do like to buy the products however waiting to see how customer service handles this.
This review is not for the honey moisture cream. That is very nice. This review is for the liquid soap in the glass bottle. It arrived yesterday smashed a bits and the soap was all over everything in the box. I’mnot happy. Can you make it right? I have pictures of it.

This is my favourite soap: it’s nicely scented and yet quite soft on the skin. Also, the size is perfect because you don’t need to change it too often.

I like the L'occitane smell more cause yours has some kind of other ingredient ( maybe Olive oil ??). And the touch of L'occitane's is smoother than yours.
The scent of this deodorant is lovely and it goes on smoothly too. I want it in all the flavours!
